Orders placed with us will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days. Dependent on location shipping times will vary. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-20 days from the time of order. Please note that delays may be incurred in the event of Bank Holidays or unexpected delays from our shipping partners.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Dependent on shipping location a signature may be required on delivery.
Items shipped may be subject to import regulations/ restrictions with possible duties and taxes applicable to the country you are shipping to. Customers are liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that local banks may charge currency conversion fees that may vary between banks and countries.
We offer a full refund 30 days from purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your items.If the 30 day period has expired, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund beyond this point.

Our refund guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the item/s.
• The item is in new, resalable condition with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If exchanging your glasses for another pair, we will pay for the new pair to be shipped to you. Please note that we will only pay shipping for the first exchanged pair and NOT for any subsequent exchanged pairs.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered."
• We are NOT responsible for glasses delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check the shipping details you provide to us at the time of purchase.
